Description
This spectacular scene is part of Big Sur, on the California coast. It was early October when I took the photo reference for this painting, at Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park on the Pacific Coast Highway. I was thrilled to see the "naked ladies" flowers in bloom on the cliff below. For canvas prints, I can add textured clear acrylic brushstrokes that make it look like an original work of art.
